ADULTS PREFERRED:
Because A CREEKSIDE GARDEN INN is located on the bank of Mill Creek, there is an adults preferred policy. We welcome children over 14, but have limited facilities for younger guests. All rooms are intended for single or double occupancy. In consideration of others, we ask that there be NO SMOKING inside the inn. The veranda is available for your use. Sorry, but we cannot accomodate pets.

DEPOSITS:
For reservations, the first night is payable in advance, and must be received within 7 days following your room request. Visa and MasterCard can also guarantee your room by phone. Two night minimum for all holiday periods, including Willamette University events. A 14-day cancellation policy applies to all holiday periods, and individual reservations of three or more nights. For Willamette University's graduation, and for groups reserving three or more rooms, the cancellation period is one month. We appreciate multiple room bookings. However, to keep our standards high, additional staffing is necessary and a service fee is applicable.

REFUNDS:
Your deposit will gladly be returned to you (less a minimum $20.00 fee) if your cancellation is received within 48 hours prior to your scheduled arrival. If a cancellation is necessary within the 48 hour limit, we will make every attempt to re-book your room. Failure to provide adequate cancellation notice will result in full charges being applied.
